HOW DO I STORE MY CAKE?
For the best condition of your cake, it is suggested to store it at a temperature range of 3-5ºC. When stored properly, your cake will maintain its great taste and appearance for up to 48 hours. Although the glaze and decorations may deteriorate after two days, the cake will still be delicious for another three days
DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY?
We do not provide delivery service for our cakes. However, you can arrange for an Uber or courier to collect your cake on your behalf. Unfortunately, we do not offer delivery interstate.
WHERE IS PICK UP?
Pick Up is by appointment only. We are located at 17 Third Avenue, Forestville, South Australia.
HOW DO I TRAVEL WITH MY CAKE?
Bear in mind that our cakes are delicate and perishable, requiring refrigeration. For optimal cake quality during transit, it is advised to keep the cake box flat and away from direct sunlight. The ideal location is the car floor or trunk; avoid placing it on the back seat, and make sure the boxes are securely positioned to prevent sliding.
If your journey involves longer distances, it's advisable to use a cooler bag or esky, particularly in warmer months. Once the cake is in your possession, it's crucial to adhere to these guidelines, as we cannot be held responsible for any damages that may occur during transportation.
DO YOUR CAKES CATER TO DIETARY PREFERENCES SUCH AS GLUTEN-FREE, NUT-FREE, EGG-FREE, DAIRY-FREE, VEGAN, VEGETARIAN OR HALAL?
The majority of our cakes can be altered to be gluten-free, just request in the comments when placing an order. All our cakes do contain gelatine which is manufactured under a certified quality/HACCP Management system and are Halal certified. More Info here. Unfortunately, our cakes do contain dairy and eggs.
